With an extraction rate of up to 25 litres per day, this Meaco 25L dehumidifier is ideal for combatting damp, mould and condensation, and facilitating laundry drying in 4-5 bedroom homes.

After 5 years of research and development, and with the input from over 2000 of their customers, the brand first launched their Arete dehumidifier range in 2021. The new Arete Two range builds on this excellence with some impressive new features for more control than ever before!
The Arete Two features the same whisper-quiet motor that the brand uses in their fans. This latest-generation DC motor delivers over 60% more power while using less energy compared to the AC motor in the Arete One.
This ensures low running costs, making the Arete Two Meaco's lowest cost to run dehumidifier! It costs from just 6p per hour (based on 24.5p per kWh) to run this 25 litre model, and with a noise level of just 40dB, you'll hardly notice when it's running. Say goodbye to clunky noises and hello to more power for less energy.
The Arete Two has 3 fan speeds (low, medium and high) instead of the standard 2 (low and high) on the Arete One. This additional fan speed ensures proportional control, with gentle acceleration and deceleration between the different modes.
The high mode on this 25 litre Arete Two model reaches 255m³/h airflow - that's 80m³/h more than the 25 litre Arete One model! Thanks to the latest-generation DC motor (see above), it can move up to 60% more air for rapid dehumidification and faster laundry drying than ever before!
With a dedicated smart laundry mode, NEW higher fan speed (see above) and NEW manually-adjustable louvre, drying your washing indoors has never been easier or more efficient!
Simply hang your wet clothes on an airer, place them in a room with the dehumidifier, put the dehumidifier in laundry mode and direct the airflow on to your clothes for significantly reduced drying times.
The NEW adjustable laundry mode timer on the Arete Two also allows you to set a timer between 1-12 hours depending on how big or small your laundry load is.
The Meaco Arete Two dehumidifier also functions as an air purifier for two-in-one excellence, saving you money and space straight away! It's equipped with a dust filter and a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter which filter out dust, allergens and pet dander while the machine is dehumidifying to improve the air quality in your home.
It also has a dedicated air purification mode for use as an air purifier only. In this mode, airflow is directed through the HEPA filter which removes 99.95% of airborne particles to clean the air in the room. This is ideal if you struggle with hayfever and/or other allergies.
A charcoal filter is also available to buy separately, which removes smells and volatile organic compounds from the air.
Thanks to the whisper-quiet DC motor (see above), you'll hardly notice when the MeacoDry Arete Two dehumidifier is running. This 25 litre model has a noise level of just 40dB, which has earned it a Quiet Mark certification. It took Meaco 18 months of testing to produce the quietest dehumidifiers that they have ever made!
The Arete Two features a new high humidity indicator which shows you when you need to switch the dehumidifier back on to continue optimising the humidity level in your home. "WET" will appear on the display if the humidity level significantly increases above your normal target, e.g. if you turn the dehumidifier off after washing a load of laundry or to go away for the weekend.
It also features a new heart indicator which shows the optimum relative humidity for the average home in the UK. You'll see a little love heart on the display telling you that 55% RH is the best target humidity to set.
After their customers told them that they never put their dehumidifier away, Meaco designed the Arete to be both stylish and space-saving. It has a sleek, compact design and unique side air intake, so it can be pushed up against any wall. It's unobtrusive, so it won't take up much space in your home. It also has low weight, a carrying handle and castor wheels for easy movement around your home.
The NEW unique, premium LCD 'Chase' display allows you to see all of the information that you need at a glance for more control than ever before over your home's humidity. This includes current humidity, target humidity, recommended humidity, progress to optimum humidity, current mode, timer, "WET" indicator, tank full indicator and WiFi/app pairing.
With the NEW Meaco app, you can now control every setting from the palm of your hand! Check the humidity level, change the mode, adjust the fan speed and more without having to move from the couch. Already in bed and forgot to set the dehumidifier to night mode? It's no problem - just use the app!
You can also link the Arete Two to your Amazon Alexa and Google Home apps, and even set-up rooms, for voice command via your smart speaker. "Okay Google, turn on the kitchen dehumidifier". "Alexa, change Arete to laundry mode". It's that easy!
Emptying the water container is the most common action that a dehumidifier owner needs to do, so Meaco knew that it was important to make sure that the Arete's tank is easy to access and empty.
When they were designing the Arete, they studied how their customers remove the water tank from their dehumidifier, where they put their fingers and how they balance the tank. This research heavily influenced the Arete’s water container design.
The Arete has two very large slots left and right of the machine that your fingers naturally drop in to. This allows perfect purchase on the water tank, so you can pull it out smoothly, place it on the floor and then lift it by the integrated handle.
And there’s a simple yet clever solution for pouring out the water too. The Arete's water container has two spouts, one on the left and one on the right, so you can pour the water out without having to juggle or twist the tank.

Untracked 7-12 working day delivery (small parcels) (3-5 working day for UK Mainland)
We provide a low-cost delivery for certain small parcels of up to 2kg for orders under £99. This service is provided by Royal Mail (currently on a 7-12 working day/3-5 working day service if in stock and depending on your location). It's applicable on some accessories from Bosch, Festool, DeWalt, Trend, Fein and Makita. Some compact 18V body only tools will also qualify. This service won't accept any combustible items such as canisters, cartridges or lithium batteries.
PIN code verification at your doorstep
We've improved the security of our deliveries to you with DPD's PIN code verification system. We will be using this service on most orders to ensure your parcel gets to you securely.
You will receive a PIN code via text and/or email which you must recite to the delivery driver on arrival. If someone is receiving the parcel on your behalf, remember to pass on the code to them. The driver can also resend the PIN code to the original contact on arrival if required. This service requires a mobile phone number with your order so please ensure you provide one to take advantage.
- Our deliveries are very easy to track, plus you'll get a handy 1 hour delivery window so you know when to expect your items. You'll receive a tracking number with your 'order dispatched' email.
- Your VAT invoice is always in the box with your goods.
- Your goods are always securely packaged when leaving our warehouse. We strive to ensure your goods reach you in prime condition.
- Our main courier is DPD. We use DPD for the vast majority of our deliveries. APC and TNT handle other specific types of deliveries for us. In poor weather conditions our couriers may experience delays that are out of our control, however we will help you in every way possible to track delivery progress.
- Delivery to construction/job sites is possible, but done so at your own risk. Our service can deliver to an address, but we can't guarantee delivery to a specific person or location at the address. For the best outcome, please provide detailed courier instructions and a contact number that we can pass on to the courier.
- Delivery to 'safe place' is not available for most orders, someone must be present to receive your delivery. We do this to ensure our couriers deliver to the right person at the right address, to ensure your goods are not lost or stolen. Particularly as most orders are of high value.
