In an attempt to diagnose the firing issue, I was guided through some troubleshooting checks to see if it remedied the problem. After checking the staple gun as instructed but to no avail I phoned Kelvin Power Tools back and explained the symptoms and they suggested I send the staple gun for a service as it was long overdue. I was given an honest appraisal and estimate once they received the gun for the cost to service and replace parts. The repairs were promptly carried out and the gun returned.
