“We have had a couple of nail guns repaired at Kelvin Power Tools this year. I have found the whole experience first-rate, from initial enquiry to the easy process of postage, downloading and printing the label. I have spoken to the guys in the workshop, they are professional in their manner and extremely knowledgeable. Explaining the problem with the nail guns, they are able to tell you off the cuff what is probably the problem and the solution. Once the guns were repaired they send an email, you pay and the gun is back with you the next day. All in all I will no doubt be sending other guns off for repair or service. Can’t fault the service provided. 5 stars from me.”
